We were meeting our friends at 4. At 2:45 I decided I had to make a costume for Eli. As in sew a costume for Eli. I knew he was going to be a clown. I had a little hat. I had a stripey shirt. I was going to put him in some old denim overalls. But, at the last minute, I remembered the fabric. Oh, the fabric. So, I had to.
They never got hemmed. One of the straps is unfinished (that pesky bobbin!). I had to pin the straps on (I tried staples first, but that didn't work). But, I love them. And, we made it to the park at 4!
